What we collect
When you use the inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name, company, phone number, email address, trade, project location, project details, and any files you attach. If you call or email us, we keep the details needed to follow up.
Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it

We don't use your information for marketing lists, and we don't sell it.
Who sees it
Your information is seen by YourPermitHQ and, where necessary to do the work you hire us for, by the building department or agency processing your permit. Our website hosting provider stores the data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept so we can reference past projects. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Cookies
The public site doesn't use tracking cookies. A session cookie is used only in the administrative area of the site.
